Gym users also have access to our excellent squash facilities, a programme of exercise classes and martial arts in our studios or can relax and top up their tan with our new sunbed.
We also offer a full range of Beauty & Holistic Therapies within our Cromwell Clubhouse.
Modern Cybex cardiovascular machines, including treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers, exercise bikes and Concept 2 rowing machines;
Full range of resistance equipment, including Smith Press,
Cable machines and free weights up to 40kg.
